I'm a firm believer that sunrises and sunsets can be those sort of ephemeral experiences that stir the soul. Yes, sunrise and sunset photos may well be something of a cliche, but nevertheless they are very hard to go past. This is a small collection of some of my better examples of the genre. I should say that a couple of them may be redone as black and white images once I've improved my skills in doing the conversion from colour.
