		The Sunday jaunt to Lake Cargelligo was plagued by poor engine management by an out-of-touch crew. So much time was lost that the outward journey was halted at Ungarie: we then cut our losses and the train turned back. Looking north-west from the Ungarie wheat silos, the line forks left to Naradhan and straight ahead to Lake Cargelligo but we took neither option - we had to get back to Temora to prepare for the return to Canberra.
